When you focus on cleaning instead of building your business it can cost you your business or in a sense- your LIFE, year by year!! We want our business to work for us, not the other way around right? So work 1,2,3 hours of focused work instead of trying to cram 15 minutes here and 15 minutes there. Use whatever time you have available.

Decide & Commit
Everyone thinks it’s about “getting”- money, customers, employees but it really isn’t about that. Instead, it is about making a decision! The most important thing that makes our clients successful is they MUST DECIDE BEFORE we let them in!! A true decision and commitment to yourself can be one of the biggest game changers ever!
Once you’ve decided and committed, then you can finally move on to making things happen!
Be Resourceful/ Figure Crap Out
You can have excuses or success- not both. If you really want it, you’ll find a way, if you really don’t, you’ll find an excuse! It is all about your priorities. There is always a way. It’s not about the difficulties, it’s about how you respond to them. Will you fix them or make excuses and convince yourself you can’t?
Control your focus
Understand your BIG WHY and connect everything you do to it! Your WHY is EVERYTHING! It is what will keep you going even when you feel like quitting. You are either working IN, ON our OUT of your business. Track your time and focus on outsourcing so you can spend your time working on the important things.
