Victoria started VCare Organic Cleaning in 2007. It was up and down journey, with her being busy, happy and sometimes being frustrated. She even thought about closing up shop.

Currently, Vcare Organic employs 11 people with two training managers. Victoria concentrates more on book keeping, customer service and marketing. She’s hoping next year will bring enough income, so she can hire her first office help as well.
