Core values are not descriptions of the work you do or the strategies you employ to accomplish your mission. The values underlie your work, how to interact with each other, and which strategies you employ to fulfill your mission. The core values are the basic elements of how you go about your work. They are the practices you use (or should be using) every day in everything you do.

Radiate your core values to your employees. In that way, if they are not on the same boat, they’ll leave. Easy!
