The next idea that is going to hold you hostage is the idea that you are always going to be stuck. You will be stuck as long as you believe that your stuck, and as long as you’re unwilling to change and grow, and do something different. Another hole that many members of cleaning nation have fallen into is that they have to be cleaning for their business to run. Some people believe that no one can clean like they can, some believe that their customers would be upset, whatever the reason, it shouldn’t stop you from getting out of the cleaning side of your business if that’s what you really want. If your goal is growing your company, then you should be focusing the majority of your time working on your company, rather than in it. Setting up systems and giving your employees more control can be daunting, whereas cleaning is a lot easier, but if you are really looking to grow your company, it is absolutely essential.
