A: Most of the time, the problem that we have is we are focusing on the wrong thing. We focus on cleaning instead of core values.
- Hire people who match your core values.
- Focus on a consistent clean that makes your client feel good at the end of the day.
Q: Mc: Do you think cold calling is effective?
A: Yes, it can be effective but it isn’t scalable. My preference is to get clients to come to you.
Q: How do I get government jobs?
A: What we really want to know is who is our client and what are their needs. What government jobs want is finding people who fit their big criteria. My top tip would be to get on a bunch of bid lists.
Q: What funnels or trends attract commercial clients?
A: There are not really commercial clients but niches. Do some perfect prospect pain conversations. You need to figure out what your ideal client wants and give it to them.
